The first time I have tried Frans was back in March at the Victoria Street location. We had to wait for a table for at least 20 minutes, wait for our server to come say hi to us 15 minutes later and last but not least, wait for our food for almost an hour, not to mention, our server screwed up half our orders. My friends are friends who will complain to a manager and get a deal. I am highly allergic to Pork & even after mentioning it to my server about this allergy, she still managed to give me a HAM SANDWICH instead of a Turkey sandwich. 2 of my other friends had their soups cold and another one of my friends had a piece of hair in her pasta. It all went downfall from there when we called the manager to complain.

NOW THIS TIME, we decided to give Frans another try but at the College location. This location was very dirty, floors were dirty and so were some of the tables, as if they had no busser to clean them. Service took long as usual. One thing is for sure, they definately got our orders right this time!

Overall, NEVER EVER coming back to this place again. The fact that this place is opened 24hrs, that probably explains why the servers are still asleep.
