What’s a better way to start off a beautiful Sunday morning than to wake up with some hearty breakfast done right…old fashioned and deliciously tasty pancakes!
Enjoy the last day of the weekend and make it a scrumptious one.
What you’ll need:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
What you’ll need to do:
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, pour in the milk, egg and melted butter and mix until really smooth.
- Heat an oiled griddle or frying pan over medium to high heat. With a ladle scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately a quarter cup for each pancake. Just lightly brown on both sides and serve hot.
