
To spice up your next lunch try something light and delectable like spicy Thai chili tuna! You can serve this dish with your choice of rice, noodles, or even toast!
Ingredients: (serves2)
2 cans (each 85 g) flaked light tuna (spicy Thai chili flavour)
5 ml (1 tsp) pureed packaged ginger
45 ml (3 tbsp) finely chopped green onion, divided
1 ml ( 1/4 tsp) curry powder
30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix tuna, ginger, chopped onion (reserve some for garnish), curry powder and mayonnaise.
- Serve over cooked rice noodles, basmati rice or toast. Garnish with reserved chopped green onion before serving.
