Spicy Thai chili tuna for lunch!

Spicy Thai Chili Tuna

To spice up your next lunch try something light and delectable like spicy Thai chili tuna!  You can serve this dish with your choice of rice, noodles, or even toast!

Ingredients: (serves2)

2 cans (each 85 g) flaked light tuna (spicy Thai chili flavour)

5 ml (1 tsp) pureed packaged ginger

45 ml (3 tbsp) finely chopped green onion, divided

1 ml ( 1/4 tsp) curry powder

30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, ginger, chopped onion (reserve some for garnish), curry powder and mayonnaise.
  2. Serve over cooked rice noodles, basmati rice or toast. Garnish with reserved chopped green onion before serving.
