
An old favourite made fast and easy.
Ingredients: (serves 4)
2 Romaine hearts – separated
2 garlic cloves – peeled and crushed
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 cup parmesan cheese – grated
fresh grounded pepper
Directions:
1. Rinse lettuce and dry. Keep refridgerated lettuce wrapped in paper towel
2. In the large salad bowl mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard,
3. Mix in the lettuce and toss the salad until the dressing is evenly coated.
4. Sprinkle the fresh pepper, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
