Combining chocolate and waffles might be the best thing in the whole world…until you add the ice cream on top….hmm.

Ingredients:

1 cup sifted cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Fudge Sauce or Caramel Sauce

Directions:

1. Sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder
2. Combine the milk, egg, vanilla, chocolate, and butter.
3. Blend the mixture to sifted ingredients
4. Bake in waffle iron
