Grape & Kiwi Breakfast Smoothie!


Here’s a quick recipe to get you kick started in the morning.

Ingredients: (serving 1)

1/2 cup grapes
1 peeled kiwi
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons of honey
3 ice cubes
1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice


1.  Mix in blender for 10 seconds
