Easy Bacon Omelette

Bacon Omellete
Here’s a quick pick me up in the morning to go with your fruit smoothies. It’s a pretty filling breakfast that’ll keep you going through the day.

Ingredients: (serves 1)

4 eggs
1 tablespoon of butter
4 tablespoons of milk
3 slices of bacon fried up and crumbled


1. Heat up frying pan on medium heat
2. Beat eggs and mix in milk
3. Heat up the butter in the pan until it sizzles
4. Pour in egg mixture and evenly spread on the pan
5.  Sprinkle the bacon on top of the omelette
6. Turn over when he omelette starts to firm up and when the edges  brown
7.  cook for another 20 seconds on each side and serve
