Crantastic Strawberry Smoothie

Cranberry Smoothie

Another smoothie recipe to enjoy as the summer season takes off.  Strawberries and cranberries packs a tangy taste as well as being a potent source of antioxidants.

Ingredients:  (serves 5)

2 cups cranberry juice
About 20 strawberries (or 16 ounces)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana


1.  Blend all ingredients for about 15 seconds.
