The Dim Sum Truck

Dim Sum Truck 2

A very cool concept that would be a sure fire hit on the streets of Toronto that would easily rival the “Chinese Food in Van” outside the U of T library and the French Fries trucks alongside Nathan Phillip’s Square.

This post was inspired by the world famous Gastromy Food Blog site who introduces us to the right way on how to do street meat.

The Dim Sum Truck is run and dreamt up by this man, Alex Chu who have successfully launched this mean food truck on the streets of Los Angeles.

Just some of the tasty servings of dumplings and other dim sum favourites including sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves.

A sweet creme brule torched egg tarts and sesame ball for desert.

All the yummy delectables found at the Dim Sum restaurant all conveniently packed in a mobile kitchen on wheels delivery a truly authentic dim sum experience.

  1. This is an awesome idea. I hope this concept comes to Toronto. We need variety on our street food. Who doesn’t love dumplings anyway?
