The Dim Sum Truck is run and dreamt up by this man, Alex Chu who have successfully launched this mean food truck on the streets of Los Angeles.

This is an awesome idea. I hope this concept comes to Toronto. We need variety on our street food. Who doesn’t love dumplings anyway?
