Unbelievable! This new KFC sandwich is substituting the bread for fried chicken and it’s not a joke! The heart attack sandwich was a rumor back in August when we did a write up about the “impossible double down sandwich” but now it’s a reality and will be available in stores come April 12.2010 at a KFC near you!
This lethal combination of bacon, cheese, and two pieces of fried chicken is no April Fool’s joke and packs a over 540 calories 32 grams of fat and 1380mg of sodium!
The “Double Down” burger is only available in the States and let’s hope this heart attack sandwich never makes it’s way across the border.

I agree, it’s quite disgusting but I hear there’s a nastier breakfast sandwich with more calories and fat at Timmie’s.
