You know how standardized McDonald’s food really is when the same item across the globe looks exactly the same as it does here.  This photograph is of a Sausage Egg McMuffin from the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) from local foodtographer Shama Ahmad.  This combo with hash browns and coffee sells for 14 Dirham which is about $4.50 dollars Canadian.
