A boy with a dream has inspired us to share this heartwarming story from the stage and retell it in our kitchen. For this evening we will dine on an authentic British menu prepared by British Chef Andrew Carter, from The Queen and Beaver Public House.

About Andrew: Andrew Carter hails from the market town of Bury in the northwest of England. The son of two generations of butchers, Andrew grew up working alongside his father amongst the local farmers, cheese makers, fishmongers and bakers of the region. It was from within this culture that inspired Andrew’s love of food and desire to be a chef.
After graduating culinary college Andrew sought out apprenticeships in France and Switzerland. Upon his return he worked in many distinguished restaurants in London, England, including Nico Central, Interlude de Chavot, & Frederick’s.
Today Andrew brings his years of experience and creativity home to his first love, British food and culture, at The Queen and Beaver Public House in the heart of Toronto.
