Hot & Spicy Food Festival returns – hot, spicy, fresh and fiery! In this 14th edition, one of the summer’s most savoury festivals is back and packed with a full menu of culinary arts, music, film, demos and dance.
Hot & Spicy Food Festival highlights culinary hot spots, paying close attention to important issues of modern food movements and burgeoning gastronomic scenes. We spotlight the rise of hot culinary neighbourhoods and feature a favourite summer pastime, the BBQ.
International and national chefs and artists converge during this one weekend to demonstrate the freshness found in both tradition and contemporary innovation. Expect a festival full of fiery performances for all the senses!
