Hot & Spicy Festival – August 13 – 15

Hot & Spicy Festival

We also have a number of returning food demos including the ever-popular 10 Tastes to Try Before You Die food series (including chefs from Azure, The Sultan’s Tent and the Legislative Assembly), a Spicy Dessert series that transforms everyday desserts into sizzling treats, and a hip hop culinary demo with The Food Network’s Rhyming Chef. There will also be a special appearance from Chef Jamie Kennedy who will prepare special ‘hot & spicy’ frites just for the festival.
Other festival highlights include a Greenbelt Tasting Hall that promotes conscious, local and clean eating and gives the public a chance to join farmers in a conversation about the work they do and learn about the exotic offerings that grow in Ontario.

The hottest and spiciest food event this year is being held at the Harbour Front Center this weekend.  All foods hot, spicy, sultry and sweet are explored in this weekend-long food fest!
