      I printed the coupon and brought it with me when my husband, daughter and I had dinner tonight…to my dismay, the coupon expired August 2010, so why was it still shown in this website? Obviously, the coupon was not honoured….the food was ok but not as good as Mandarin, I thought I’d give it a try because of the coupon but was quite dissatisfied with the food selection….no complaint on the service but huge complaint on the COUPON, ISN’T THIS FALSE ADVERTISING?

        This place is alright and you’re right about the Mandarin being better but anyone can see that the coupon and the post are from last year.

        The expiry date is even on the actual coupon.

        I’m a bit surprised that they wouldn’t still honour it.

        we went ther july 26 2011, with a 10 dllard off the meals which was &11.99 per person, when we went to pay they tacked on an extra 2.99 which I then ask what was going on, they said that their prices had just been changed but WE said the expire date was Aug the 5th, and they did not want to honour the price of 11.99 listed on our coupons. We will never go there again, we had been going quite a few time the last few months, I guess back to the Mandarin for us and my family

    The waiters and waitresses there are nice, but the managers are idiots and rude. When you take the coupons or certificates in to dine, they treated you like you are begging for food. No smiles on their faces. If you go with more friends, and even though you comply with their rules stated in the certificate, which we got it from the previous dining, they would put you in separate rooms. They would not put all of you in the same room. When you ask them why, they would said, “You can leave if you don’t like it.” When you wanted to pay the bill altogether, they refused to take the money that way. They wanted us to pay the bills separately. Aren’t they idiots. They just wanted to give their customers hard time. What ended up? No gratuity!!!! Pissed them. Who suffers. The waiters and waitresses. Why do they give coupons and certificate in the first place? Simple. No enough business. It is not charity. They want patronage, and they want us to spread the words and bring more friends. Now, no patronage from us, that was the last time we want to see the managers faces, and spread the words to our friends not to go there any more.

      I would really like to have a coupon to try Imperial Buffet. I ate at this restaurant in Montreal and went all of the time.
